Product Support assists all clients in resolving technical issues encountered in running our solution. Technical issues occur when a module, portion of a module or specific functionality is not functioning as expected. As our solution becomes an integral part of your business process, prompt resolution of any technical issues that arise in your use of the solution is our top priority.
Coverage parameters specific to the service(s) covered in this Agreement are as follows:
Telephonic Support: 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. Monday – Saturday
Email Support: 24 X 7 (Whole Year)
Email / Telephonic Support: On call for all severity issue - Sundays / Post Office Hours and Holidays.
Emails received outside of office hours will be collected, however no action can be guaranteed until the next working day (Except High Priority Issues / System Outage)
